hook up issues

Hello, this is my first post - I am very thankful I found this.
My TV is a Phillips Maganvox single tuner PIP with 2 inputs
In addition, I just got a DVR box from my cable provider Comcast,
VCR - RCA, DVD-R - Proton. I am trying to figure out how to hook these all up
I want to be able to use the PIP and if possible be able to record from vcr to dvd. Any help would be appreciated.
