Connecting a TV with one rf in and out and input a/v hookups

I have just purchased an a/v sound receiver. I have a TIVO dvr, a dvd player by RCA, a Dish Network Single tuner receiver, and a vcr. I have a TV with one RF IN and one set of a/v in and a/v out components. Is there a diagram that I could use..
