Gang: I've received a help request from RichardPN2 that I can't answer (!) I'd appreciate the group input to help him out! Thanks in advance, Jonathan.

I need how to connect my dishnetwork 500 (110 119)LNB's plus the HD (129) LNB to my new VIP622 dual DVR tuner using sw21 or what ever is needed to make it work.

The older stuff is Legacy, then Dish Pro and I think now the stuff is Dish Pro plus. SW21 switch was a Legacy piece of equipment (I think?), the VIP 622 is a Dish Pro/plus receiver. In this case, they make a dish that is called Dish 1000 and Dish 1000 plus. This dish is for all three satellites, 110, 119, and 129. He would need to upgrade is dish to do all three.
