Help! I just got rid of my cable and signed up for AT&T Dishnetwork with dvr and homezone. They installed it today and told me they couldn't connect my dvd and vcr because I was lacking a AV adapter? I have a 1997 Sanyo TV & VCR and a 2005 Cyberhome 300 dvd player. I've been stressing out over this all day and went to RadioShack and bought an RF Modulator, but I can't make heads nor tails of how to put it all together:confused: Any help would be greatly appreciated.

O NO, GO BACK!!!
Just kidding :D :Welcome2CableTV:
Here is something that may help: http://www.cabletv.com/hookupguides.htm
In order to have your DVD hooked up, you will need an Audio/Video modulator. This will allow you to convert your RCA jacks on the player to coax. When you turn the DVD player on, it should over ride the other video sources and play and when you cut it off, you should be able to view the other video sources as well.
