Updating channel icons for your interactive guide

Hello,
I have a Scientific Atlanta Explorer 2200 cable box receiver from comcast. Some channel icons from the interactive program guide are incorrect and need to be updated. My manual doesn't tell me how to update the channel icons. Does anyone know how to update the icons for the interactive program guide?

My manual doesn't tell me how to update the channel icons. Does anyone know how to update the icons for the interactive program guide?The icons are controlled by the local cable operator. Cable operators usually WANT to display the channel icons as its a valuable visual cue to customers.

You should contact your cable operator's local manager (or, better, marketing manager) to ask why the icons aren't updated, but don't expect an immediate response.
