Could you please help me. My old cable box bit the dust, and I purchased a new one. It is a digital cable box. Cable is hooked into the box and the box is hooked to a vcr, then to the tv. However, no picture shows.

May have to reset or clear the box to get it to work. Your local operator may NOT give support for something that is not theirs.
Also try box then TV, VCR may have issues? :confused:

That I'm not for sure. You maybe able to call Motorola, they have a residential side that can help.
