Cablevision agrees to settlement in backdating suits

Settlement of the suit, reported by the company in a federal filing yesterday, will result in most of the $34.4 million being returned to company coffers ($7.1 million will cover plaintiffs' legal fees). None of the individuals named in the suit admitted
