Cable TV providers battle demand for fees

GATINEAU, Que. -- The CRTC must not yield to demands from over-the-air broadcasters for access to fees from cable subscriptions, Bell ExpressVu (TSX:BCE) argued Wednesday. Such broadcasters haven't even shown there is a problem that needs to be solved,
