Here is your opportunity to join the SCTE Ontario Chapter on an exploration of the DOCSIS and PacketCable Specifications. This one-day course provides a comprehensive overview of DOCSIS 1.x and PacketCable 1.0 to provide advanced services in the cable network.

Location: Oakville Conference Centre, 2515 Wyecroft Rd. Oakville ON


Attendees can expect to address the overlay requirements for the physical media, provisioning processes, signaling operations and gain a broad understanding of the opportunities and implications of DOCSIS 2.0/3.0, PacketCable 2.0, and related Business Services specifications.

This course will be presented by Rob McCann of ClearCable Networks, a recognized expert in Cable IP networks. As a prerequisite, attendees should be familiar with basic cable concepts.

The cost of the one day seminar is $100.00 and includes a buffet breakfast, lunch and 2 coffee breaks.

Preregistration is mandatory and is limited to 100 attendees as we will have documentation and binders printed.
