A smaller, but cheaper version of packages currently available through cable providers is not a viable solution. The solution is to sell user-selected channels individually, or bundled for a better deal.

While I understand the need to package together channels few people want, it is an infringement of my consumer rights. Why should I pay for a French channel, or a weather channel, when I don't use or want them? It's like buying a car and paying to install an air conditioner when you live in Antarctica.
