    NCTA on AT&T's IPTV Claims: Bunk!

    The NCTA's general counsel has written to the FCC to debunk certain claims made by AT&T that IPTV is not a cable service. That letter, dated 7/31/06, is attached to this posting, and presents a cable industry view of 'if it looks like a duck...'
